Position Description: RAK is looking to hire a driven professional for a multi-function role. The ideal candidate will be a college grad and be willing to travel from Columbus to NE Ohio area occasionally. The candidate will work alongside our Senior PM while learning the industry and assisting in project direction, planning, completion, estimating and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills. • Manage all project documentation
• Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
• Assist with estimation and bidding process
• Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Sales background a plus
• MILITARY EXPERIENCE A PLUS

In addition to daily management (employee staffing, scheduling, on site and hands on management, overseeing jobs, and the budgeting and managing of time allotted for each job assignment. You will be directly reporting the RAK’s General Manager who has a hands off policy giving you the room to utilize your skills to manage and grow your team. This is a highly visible role that based upon your skills could lead to additional management responsibilities.

Qualifications:
• Reside in a commutable range to the Ohio Valley or be willing to relocate.
• Approximately 10 years of hands on experience
• Expert Craftsman, skilled in all aspects of Industrial Services within (Steel Mills, Chemical Plants, Refineries, and other Manufacturing facilities).
• Enjoys a hands on approach (this is not an office role, you will be expected to be in the field daily managing your group).
