Underground Well Water Main Leak Rehabilitation

Repairing two active leaks on an underground well water main using live leak containment and multi-layer composite reinforcement while the system remained in service.

The Problem

Two active leaks were identified on a 4-inch underground ductile iron well water main. The leaks required immediate repair to prevent continued water loss and further deterioration of the pipeline.

The Solution

Our team mobilized to the site and performed live leak repairs while the system remained in operation. After exposing the damaged areas, the crew installed temporary leak containment measures, prepared the surfaces, and applied multi-layer composite repair systems.
