Pickle Line Leak Repair with Carbon Fiber Reinforcement

The Problem

RAK Industrial Services was called to address multiple leaks on the pickle line. The leaks were located at critical points — on the weld joint at the bottom of the tank and the flange. The client required a solution that would minimize interruptions and allow for a quick return to normal operations, ensuring minimal impact on production.

The Solution

Our team utilized an acid-resistant Carbon Fiber system to seal and reinforce the leaks. This solution was applied to both areas, addressing the issues effectively while ensuring long-lasting durability. The Carbon Fiber system was selected for its strength and rapid application, allowing the repairs to be completed efficiently with minimal impact on operations.
