Bag House Rehabilitation & Abrasion Protection

Restoring deteriorated bag house units with structural repairs, abrasion-resistant materials, composite reinforcement, and protective coatings to address holes, thin-wall conditions, and extend equipment service life.

The Problem

An industrial facility identified significant deterioration, holes, and thin-wall conditions in two bag house units. The damage threatened the integrity of the equipment and required a durable repair solution to rehabilitate the affected areas and prevent continued degradation.

The Solution

RAK Industrial Services completed a comprehensive rehabilitation of both bag houses utilizing abrasive blasting, structural restoration, abrasion resistance, composite reinforcement, and protective coatings. Following surface preparation, damaged areas were rebuilt using a ceramic reinforced coating, multi-layer composite system, and protective coating topcoat. The rehabilitation was completed safely and efficiently restoring the condition of both units and extending their service life.
