Bag House Cone Rehabilitation with Composite Reinforcement

An industrial facility was experiencing holes and thin wall conditions on two bag house cones that required repair before the damage could worsen. RAK Industrial Services completed abrasive blasting, repaired damaged areas with ceramic materials for abrasion resistance, and installed a multi-layer composite repair system to restore structural integrity. The repair was completed with an epoxy coating system on both bag house cones to provide long-term protection against abrasion and corrosion.
