Leak Repair Tech | NORTHEAST, OH | NORTHWEST, IN

RAK Industrial Services is hiring hands-on Leak Repair Techs. You'll stop live leaks on high-pressure, high-temperature, acid and water systems in steel mills, power plants, chemical plants and paper mills, often while the plant stays running. Our crews do both mechanical leak repair with engineered clamps and enclosures, and composite repair with fiberglass (FRP), carbon fiber, and pipe and tank wraps.

  • Assess leaking components and choose the right repair
  • Mechanical leak repair: install engineered clamps and enclosures, drill and tap, and leak-sealing injection
  • Composite repair: prep surfaces, mix and apply epoxy, polyurethane and vinyl ester resins, and install carbon fiber and fiberglass wraps on pipe, elbows, tees, tanks and structures
  • Follow all safety requirements and documentation procedures
  • Travel Monday–Friday, home on weekends; emergency call-outs

Pay: union pay based on experience, plus $50/day per diem.

Project Manager/Estimator | NORTHEAST, OH

RAK Industrial Services is hiring a Project Manager/Estimator to run jobs from bid to closeout for our leak repair, composite repair and coatings work.

  • Prepare estimates and bids with the sales team
  • Build schedules, manage deadlines and coordinate crews and materials
  • Manage project documentation from start to closeout
  • Be the main point of contact for customers and field crews

Industrial construction or maintenance experience preferred.

Industrial Coatings Applicator | NORTHEAST, OH | NORTHWEST, IN

RAK Industrial Services is hiring hands-on Industrial Coatings Applicators. You'll blast and coat tanks, structures and equipment in steel mills, power plants, chemical plants and other industrial sites.

  • Abrasive blasting and surface prep to spec
  • Apply industrial coatings and linings by spray, brush and roller
  • Set up and run blast and spray equipment safely
  • Follow all safety requirements and documentation procedures
  • Travel Monday–Friday, home on weekends

Pay: union pay based on experience, plus $50/day per diem.

Industrial Tank Inspector | NORTHEAST, OH

RAK Industrial Services is hiring a certified Tank Inspector to inspect industrial storage tanks.

  • Perform STI SP001 and API 653 inspections (current certification required)
  • Write clear inspection reports and repair recommendations
  • Follow all safety requirements on customer sites
  • Travel to job sites as needed
