Concrete Joint Sealing and Water Ingress Repair

RAK addressed concrete deterioration and leaking joints by implementing a multi-phase repair process, including crack injection, surface preparation, and protective coatings. The solution eliminated water ingress, restored structural integrity, and provided long-term durability for the facility.

The Problem

RAK was tasked with addressing issues related to concrete surface deterioration and joint sealing for a client whose structure was compromised. During RAK’s assessment, significant water leakage through the joints was also identified.

The Solution

To address the client’s challenges, RAK implemented a multi-phase repair and sealing process. Using crack injection technology, our team secured all the leaking joints, prepared the concrete surface, and applied multiple protective layers to ensure long-term durability. This comprehensive approach resolved the issues of water ingress and joint failure, resulting in a successful and lasting repair.
