Facility Leak Mitigation Across Roof Drains and Piping Systems

RAK addressed ongoing leaks from roof drains, downspouts, and corroded piping by completing 19 targeted repairs throughout the facility. The work stopped water intrusion, protected structural steel, and restored proper drainage control while the plant remained fully operational, preventing larger issues and unplanned downtime.

The Problem

Ongoing leaks from roof drains, downspouts, and corroded piping were allowing water into the facility and putting structural steel and production at risk. The customer needed the issues corrected without interrupting daily operations.

The Solution

RAK completed 19 focused repairs across the drainage and piping systems, stopping leaks and restoring proper water control while the plant remained online. The work protected critical structures, reduced ongoing maintenance risk, and helped the customer avoid larger repairs and unplanned downtime.
